Years of navigating fragmented communication proved that vital employee and operational insights were constantly slipping through the cracks. Unable to find an automated tool built for the overwhelmed operator, he built SORT.
Grounded in a lecture on entropy, the scientific law of inevitable disorder, from Pepperdine's Graduate School of Psychology, SORT was designed to halt information chaos and give control back to operators.
