- Who is SORT Connect for?

- What is Right Person Routing?
- Right Person Routing is SORT's engine that automatically sends each submission to the correct team member — and the owner, if they choose to be looped in — based on the rules the business sets up. The right person acts on it in real time, without a game of telephone.
- Do employees or customers need to download an app?
- No. Employees can submit through a branded SORT app, and customers can submit through forms embedded on the company's own website. Submitters don't need to create an account.
- How is SORT different from texting or a group chat?
- Texts and group chats are fine for conversation but poor for tracking work — requests get buried, nobody owns them, and there's no record of what was resolved.
