Manage Your Plan

Your SORT subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it. There is no minimum term and no notice period. The amount and your next renewal date are on your invoice.

Cancelling

Sign in to SORT, open Settings and then Subscription in the menu, and choose Manage Subscription. That opens your billing portal, where you can cancel, change the card on file, or upgrade. The button below goes to the same place — enter the email address on your account and you will be sent a link straight in.

What cancelling does

Cancel before your next renewal date and that charge does not happen. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and the subscription does not renew again. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a month already paid for, which is what our Refund Policy covers.
